Lighting

Lectern microphones, lapel radio mics for presenters on the move, hand-mics for your Q&A sessions, combined with CD or MiniDisc players for your links and stings, and all linked through an appropriate PA system tailored to the room/audience size.

Projection
Whether you are presenting to five people or 5000, we can provide the appropriate data/video projector for your project. Ceiling-flown or on a floor stand. Maybe a Plasma screen would be more suitable, or even twenty plasma screens strategically placed throughout a series of connected rooms. You can even hire laptop PCs pre-loaded with PowerPoint software.
Stage/Set Design
We have many off-the-shelf sets which can be re-covered to reflect your corporate style and complete with your logo panels and event name, at a fraction of the cost of a custom-made stage set. Alternatively, we can custom-build a dynamic and totally original stage set for a one-off spectacular.

Awards Presentations

If your budget is tight we can install static lighting effects which simply chase or pulse when you announce the winner, with different gels we can change the colours and give a more professional look. Haze and smoke machines can accentuate the overall effect.
From here you can go to impressive programmable moving light systems, with joystick controlled moving/coloured light patterns and your logo can also be projected and moved around the stage and the audience for real impact.
Sound
Cabled mics, radio mics, combined with CD or MiniDisc players for your awards winners' music, and all linked through an appropriate PA system tailored to the room/audience size. Mixers, Bass Bins, EQ, effects, everything you need.

We can use existing video/photos of a previous event together with artwork, logos, sponsors, etc together with event branding, to produce an opener with impact.
